Terms of Service — Furious Bot

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting, using, or interacting with Furious ("the Bot") in any Discord server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, remove the Bot from your server and stop using its services.

2. Usage

You may use Furious for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Bot to violate Discord's Terms of Service, harass users, distribute malicious content, or bypass security measures. Server owners are responsible for their staff's use of the Bot.

3. Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Furious is provided "as-is" without warranty. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to blacklist users or servers that abuse the Bot, exploit bugs, or violate these terms, without notice.

5. Liability

Terminal and the Furious team are not liable for any damages, data loss, or issues arising from the use or unavailability of the Bot.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Furious after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
